Position Overview
Due to Kranks growth we are seeking a passionate dynamic and experienced SEO Specialist based in our Karachi office. We are looking for an SEO/ SEM expert to manage search engine optimization and related marketing activities for Krank and its clients environments.
The role will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks and therefore boost organic traffic. This is a great opportunity to bring your proactive ideas build out the SEO function from the ground up at an innovative business.
Key Responsibilities
Execute tests collect and analyze data and results identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Perform ongoing keyword discovery expansion and optimization
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Report on current performance and make recommendations for optimization including but not limited to impressions clicks conversions organic versus paid traffic and channel performance. Track and report on these metrics biweekly.
Manage campaign expenses staying on budget estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Research and analyze competitor advertising links. Keep uptodate with SEO best practice and search trends
Develop and implement link building strategy with internal stakeholders
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture content linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Key Skills / Experience and Qualification
Three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
Indepth understanding of search engine algorithms
Experience in leading and managing SEO digital metrics and web traffic and analytics
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across major search engines
Solid understanding of performance marketing conversion and online customer acquisition
Indepth experience with website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics NetInsight Omniture WebTrends)
Experience with bid management tools (e.g. Click Equations Marin Kenshoo Search Ignite)
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
BS/MS degree in a quantitative testdriven field
Worked for a technology company (ideally marketplaces) has experience of auctions
