About the Role: Senior Manager Purchase (Solar)

As a Senior Manager Purchase (Solar) at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited you will oversee the purchase of highquality materials and components for solar power projects. Your responsibilities include developing purchasing strategies managing supplier relationships and ensuring the timely delivery of goods to support project requirements.

Functional Parameters:

1. Cost Reduction:
   

Target: Achieve a 10% reduction in purchasing costs annually through effective negotiation and strategic sourcing.

1. Supplier Performance:
   

Target: Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers ensuring at least 95% ontime delivery and quality compliance.

1. Inventory Management:
   

Target: Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring the availability of necessary materials for projects.

1. Sourcing Strategy:
   

Target: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify reliable suppliers and maintain a diverse supply base.

1. Contract Negotiation:
   

Target: Successfully negotiate supplier contracts aiming for a 90% success rate in achieving favourable terms.

1. Quality Assurance:
   

Target: Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure purchased materials meet industry standards and project specifications.

Target: Streamline purchase processes and workflows aiming to reduce purchase cycle times by 20%.

Requirements

Fundamental Parameters:

Experience: Minimum 58 years of proven experience in listed companies.

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized institution with good communication skills.

Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
