Motion Graphic Artist

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling and innovative motion graphics animations and visual effects for various projects
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet the brief
• Utilize software and tools to develop motion graphic elements and integrate them into video content
• Storyboard conceptualize and design motion graphics based on project requirements
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and visual styles across all motion graphic projects
• Manage and organize project files and assets for easy access and future use
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in motion graphic design and animation techniques
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into overall project deliverables
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into visually stunning motion graphic content
• Meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and creativity in all deliverables
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a motion graphic library for future use and reference
• Take ownership of the entire motion graphics process from concept to final delivery
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the motion graphics team

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Animation Multimedia or related field
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in motion graphic design animation and video editing
• Proficiency in industrystandard software such as Adobe After Effects Illustrator Photoshop and Premiere Pro
• Solid understanding of design principles typography color theory and visual composition
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphic projects and styles
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients
• Keen attention to detail and dedication to delivering highquality work
• Understanding of current and emerging trends in motion graphic design and animation
• Flexibility to adapt to project requirements and feedback while maintaining creative integrity
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback to enhance designs
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation is a plus
• Experience in illustration and visual storytelling is advantageous
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to find innovative solutions for design challenges
• Passion for creativity and a drive to continually enhance motion graphic skills
