Job Description
Candidates MUST have their own form of transportation as this facility is located in an area where Uber and public transportation are not readily available.

This assignment location is 2 hours from Boston MA!
SULLIVAN COUNTY WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing please include perm address at profile upload.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work ALL holidays including weekend before (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO requests for holidays will not be approved. Thanks!
Requirement description :
- 3 years CURRENT experience (within 6 mos) NONNEGOTIABLE
- Must be willing to float to any Unit/Floor as/when needed. Travelers do not choose their floor assignment
- Previous travel experience Highly Preferred
- Rural/small facility experience Highly Preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current NH license and BLS 3years current experience Facility will not pend license/certs)
- NOTE: Background Issues/Hits MUST be disclosed at time of profile upload
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH temp ( must be in hand at time of submission)
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holiday coverage required
