We are looking for a Trainer professional to educate the multiple functional teams using
various methods like coaching seminars and interactive activities.
Trainer responsibilities include functional skills that may be pertinent for a particular
department and soft skills leadership development and similar programs.
Ultimately you will ensure our teams develop their skills and product knowledge provide
excellent customer service and represent our brand in the best possible way.
Design and execute orientation programs for Sales Production & Logistic teams
Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires
Act as a consultant to new people for challenges they have on the job
Observe how people interact with clients to identify areas of improvement
Determine training needs both for individuals and teams
Organize roleplaying activities to simulate dif cult client cases (e.g. how to
overcome objections)
Apply various sales training techniques (e.g. gami cation case studies and group
activities)
Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
