- Contributing to the Siemens Smart Infrastructure business of the Siemens entity which works in the space of smart buildings.
- Demonstrating the competency and customer focus as tech support engineer who will be responsible for directly supporting the customers and 3rd party partners working with Siemens SI products.
- Owning the tech support for Siemens SI product which is based on the concept of Digital Twin and leverages key technologies such as BIM (Building Information Model), Autodesk Revit
- Effectively communicating and proactively resolving customer issues for customers in Asia Pacific region (APAC)
