Experience:

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Planning Engineer.
  
• At least 5 years experience in Saudi Arabia working with an Aramco Contractor on Pipeline Projects and OMPP (Offshore Maintain Potential Projects).

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
  
• Coordinate with project managers engineers and contractors to discuss timeframes and gather and analyze project specifications and procedures.
  
• Monitor project progress against the project schedule identify risks and delays and provide timely updates and advisories to key stakeholders.
  
• Utilize specialist computer software to help keep the project on track and provide data analysis and project forecasts.
  
• Ensure all projects comply with Aramco standards and safety regulations.
  
• Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports or proposals.
  
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior planning engineers and other technical staff.
  
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement departments to align project milestones with material deliveries.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  
• PMP certification is preferred.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; Arabic is a plus.
  
• Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
  
• Ability to lead and manage teams.
