Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Actively manage relationships with assigned pharmacy facilities providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management to enhance efficiency product knowledge and selling skills contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Business Planning: Formulate and execute strategic business plans to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals driving growth and profitability.
- Prospecting and Referrals: Actively prospect referrals from existing and potential customers expanding our client base and driving business development initiatives.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues in accordance with company policies ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain positive client relationships.
- Territory Development: Develop territory plans to optimize efficiency in servicing customer needs identifying opportunities for growth and market expansion.
- Education and Consultation: Educate referral sources on our services benefits and industry fundamentals providing valuable insights and guidance to meet customer needs.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and directives complete all required reports and administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.
- Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner at conventions trade shows and industry events promoting our services and building brand awareness.

Experience Needed:
- 2 and nbsp;years of experience in and nbsp;Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
- 2 years of recent experience in account management sales or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Valid Drivers License reliable transportation and autoInsurance
Preferred Experience:
- 2 and nbsp;years of experience in and nbsp;Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy
- 1 and nbsp;years of experience in and nbsp;ANY and nbsp;of the following:
- Chemotherapy Pharmacy
- Long term care (LTC) Pharmacy
- Retail Pharmacy
