This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 06:45 19:15 total of 36 hours per week.

RN medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Need 2 Professional References.

The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $49.86/hr encompassing a taxable component of $41.03/hr along with a per diem of $8.83/hr.

Work Location: 1700 Medical Center Parkway Murfreesboro TN 37129.

Local Rates (Below 50Miles): $39.89/hr.

Non Local Reward:$6.88/hr.

Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 60) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6 Core Staffing Plan: Variable staffing grid to include: Registered Nurses (RNs) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) Nurse Interns (NIs). An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team. Staffing Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Successful completion of a rhythm test

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
