Responsiblity : • Overseeingadvertising department operations and staffmembers. • Working with staff members, clients,or an ad agency toestablish and meet project goals, budgets, andtimelines. • Developing advertising strategies toincrease buyer interest inproducts orservices. • Monitoring project progress,fromplanning to execution, to ensure it remains focusedandeffective. • Negotiating contract specificationsandterms with clients or other externalparties. • Initiatingand directing researchefforts. • Collecting and analyzingdata andpresenting it to other parties, including managementandclients. • Participating in the hiring andevaluation ofemployees within the advertisingdepartment. • Providingexpert advice onmarketing and advertising methods for new orexisting products orservices.
