Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. As a pivotal member of our organization you will be instrumental in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships within the events and hospitality sector in Doha.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and expand our client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients event planners and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions to promote our services and brand.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Female candidate preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the events or hospitality sector in Doha Qatar.
  • Possess own sponsorship and a valid driving license in Qatar.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and industry landscape.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with a passion for sales and relationship building.
