Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. As a pivotal member of our organization you will be instrumental in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships within the events and hospitality sector in Doha.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and expand our client base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients event planners and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions to promote our services and brand.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Female candidate preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the events or hospitality sector in Doha Qatar.
- Possess own sponsorship and a valid driving license in Qatar.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and industry landscape.
- Selfmotivated and proactive with a passion for sales and relationship building.
