• Currently we are on the lookout for a Data Engineer that can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.
• The data engineer which is an emerging role in the data services team will play a pivotal role in operationalizing the most urgent data management and analytics initiatives in digital business.
• The main responsibilities of the data engineer involve building managing and optimizing data pipelines and moving these data pipelines effectively into production for key data and analytics consumers.
• Data engineers must ensure compliance with data governance and security requirements while creating improving and operationalizing integrated and reusable data pipelines to enable faster data access and integration.
• The role also involves integrating analytics and data science results with business processes collaborating with IT and the wider business evangelizing effective data management practices and promoting a better understanding of data and analytics.
• Additionally data engineers collaborate with data scientists data analysts and other data consumers to work on models and algorithms for optimizing data quality security and governance.
