As part of our team youll contribute to providing exceptional experiences through body massages specialty facials and health coaching sessions. We pride ourselves on offering unique product lines and medical services in collaboration with Birmingham Plastic Surgery. Our facility boasts a 1000 sq foot relaxation atrium cozy fireplace and nail services perfect for catering to private events. Tasks

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized exercise programs for clients based on their goals and needs
• Provide guidance and support to clients on proper exercise techniques and nutrition for overall health and wellness
• Lead group fitness classes and workshops to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyle habits
• Monitor client progress and adjust exercise programs as needed to ensure continued improvement and success
• Educate clients on the importance of selfcare stress management and maintaining a healthy worklife balance

Requirements

• Certification in fitness training or related field
• Experience in providing health coaching and fitness guidance
• Knowledge of wellness and fitness industry trends
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
• Ability to create personalized fitness and health plans for individuals
