Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor production processes
• Review and analyze production data to identify inefficiencies
• Implement production improvements and costsaving initiatives
• Oversee quality control and ensure products meet specifications
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize production processes
• Create and maintain production schedules
• Identify equipment maintenance needs and coordinate repairs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for production processes
• Train and supervise production staff
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations
• Resolve production issues and implement preventive measures
• Optimize inventory levels and manage material flow
• Participate in production planning and forecasting
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field
• Proven experience in production management or related role
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in production planning and control
• Knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in using production management software
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
