We are seeking a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager to join a global leader and software-first organisation providing solutions to solve complex problems across the development lifecycle. The Technical Lead/ Engineering Manager will focus on emerging challenges, working with disruptive technologies to capitalising on future market trends.

What will make you stand out:

• A strong background in software development
• User/ market research within an early-stage business / greenfield projects
• Experience with innovation approaches.
• Experience with building processes and practises to drive product delivery
• Strong experience with mentorship, leadership and developing team members.
