Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist Tech plays a crucial role in sourcing attracting and hiring top tech talent for the organization. This role is vital in identifying and engaging with qualified candidates to meet the companys technological needs ensuring a strong and capable workforce for continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical skills required for various roles
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent
- Utilize online channels and social media platforms for tech talent acquisition
- Screen and assess tech candidates resumes and portfolios
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments
- Coordinate and participate in tech recruitment events and job fairs
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract tech talent
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech talent acquisition
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to streamline the recruitment process
- Establish and maintain relationships with tech professionals and industry networks
- Provide regular reports and updates on tech recruitment activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with a focus on technology hiring
- Demonstrated success in sourcing attracting and hiring tech professionals
- Sound understanding of various tech roles and technical skill requirements
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong knowledge of tech industry trends and market insights
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Certifications in HR or recruitment will be advantageous
