• Utilize various recruitment channels including online job boards social media referrals and networking events to source potential candidates.
• Review resumes conduct phone screenings and interview candidates to assess their qualifications experience and fit for available positions.
• Conduct background checks verify employment history and check driving records of potential hires to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities including candidate profiles interview notes and hiring statistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with driver training schools industry organizations and other relevant stakeholders to expand the candidate pool.
• Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor practices related to driver recruitment incorporating relevant insights into our recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics including timetofill applicant conversion rates and retention rates.
• Has prior experience in a company that offers shared Mobility Services.
