They use Software Craftsmanship principles and eXtreme Programming practices to create highquality software for their clients. They work with a variety of clients from large organizations modernizing legacy systems to startups launching MVPs. They value exceptional software continuous learning and a high focus on quality.
What Were Looking For:
We are searching for Software Craftspeople who take pride in their work and write clean welltested code. Experience with eXtreme Programming principles and a passion for building great teams is a plus.
As a DevOps shop developers are involved in the entire software lifecycle from coding to deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Write comprehensive tests to ensure code quality
- Write clean welldocumented code
- Make frequent small releases
- Collaborate with teammates through pair programming
- Participate in code reviews
- Work within a product team to build and release new features
- Manage all aspects of development from requirements to deployment and fixes
- Own the entire development stack including frontend backend infrastructure and DevOps pipelines
- Continuously learn and improve your skills
Qualifications:
- Integrity strong character diligence and commitment to excellence
- 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript Python and Kubernetes
- Experience with Bootstrap jQuery HTML5 CSS3
- Selfmotivated and a meticulous coder
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to meet deadlines
- Expertise in objectoriented programming data structures algorithms and software engineering methodologies
- Experience with Agile/XP methodologies and continuous deployment
- Interest in DevOps technologies and server infrastructure
- Experience with source control bug tracking systems user stories and technical documentation
