Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented (Senior) Consultant with a focus on the insurance sector to join our team. As a Senior Consultant you will play a pivotal role in advising our clients on strategies & transformations driving transformational initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to conduct thorough assessments of their existing GRC frameworks identifying areas for improvement and enhancement.

Develop and implement customized GRC strategies and solutions aligned with clients business goals and regulatory requirements.

Provide expert guidance and support to clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes ensuring compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards.

Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard clients against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Design and deliver GRC training programs and workshops to enhance clients internal capabilities and awareness.

Lead GRC projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions that exceed client expectations.

Stay abreast of industry trends regulatory developments and emerging technologies in the insurance sector and incorporate relevant insights into client engagements.

Foster strong relationships with clients serving as a trusted advisor and driving longterm value through continuous collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

Master s degree in Business Administration Risk Management Finance or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting environment with a focus on insurance.

Proven track record of working on insurance transformations as a business analyst consultant or project manager.

Fluent in Dutch with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Resides in the Netherlands with a valid work permit.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complexC concepts into actionable recommendations.
