We are a CPG Agency that provides content and strategy to brands who keep it real. The founder has a background in culinary arts and has been doing social media professionally since 2011 for brands big and small. The majority of our clients are conscious consumer packaged goods (CPG) – food brands you might buy at Whole Foods Market or Sprouts.

What You Will Do

You will shoot and edit all content which involves preparing and communicating the shotlist cross functionally ensuring all needs are met ahead time. Being strategic in planning for shoots to ensure efficiency the team counts on this! You will need to procure and prepare food/drinks based on daily shot lists along with setting up and shooting photos and videos on DSLR and iPhone instudio (San Clemente CA).

You will edit content – photos and videos – according to different brand aesthetics from your preferred workspace. Create Social Media graphics as needed and contribute creative ideas based on trends and to brand vision.

Who You Are

First and foremost you can style the heck out of a shot! In the Social Media Content Creator we are seeking someone who can come into a San Clemente CA space as needed Monday through Friday to shoot (with workfromhome days on M/F workload dependent). You must love food be creative know how to make all content feel elevated through styling and editing be selfmotivated responsible detailoriented and an excellent communicator. We work quickly and need someone who is organized and efficient able to shoot a minimum of 6–8 videos a day and edit just as fast.

Qualifications:

• Experience creating food beverage and brand social media content from preproduction to editing.
• Must have an elevated style with emphasis on creating food content that feels aspirational and relatable. Should be comfortable in the kitchen – chopping cooking baking airfrying etc.
• Familiarity with current social media platforms.
• Detail oriented to the max.
• Selfmotivator who is comfortable taking initiative and working in collaboration.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a casual friendly environment.
• Humble attitude with a willingness to learn and to teach.
