Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct document and communicate analyses and evaluations of customers preferences business potential and competition actions in his/er territory.
- Develop the assigned products sales forecasts and action plans conforming to the company strategies for his supervisor review and approval.
- Meet and interact with target customers and key business players defining sales potential promoting and selling the assigned products.
- Participated in the marketing events conferences workshops and promotion campaigns relating to his territory and accounts selling assigned products.
- Ensure skilful technical support to Customers; follow up customer contentment regarding the equipment system installation start up utilization and maintenance.
- Report on action plans customers responses achievements and sales potential and competitors rivalry.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Overall compliance with SD policies & procedures.
- Overall compliance with Tender Operating policies & procedures.
- Updated and Accurate Products Master File.
- Execution of Special Projects: Time& Accuracy.
- Internal customers feedback.
- External customers feedback.
- Staff development: execution compared to plan.
