JD Experience in a scrum master roleFamiliarity with software developmentStrong experience in SAFe Agile frameworkExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)Excellent communication and servant leadership skillsProblem-solving and conflict-resolution abilityOutstanding organizational skillsDegree in Computer Science, Business or similar fieldScrum master certification is a plusManage each projects scope and timelineCoordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-upsCoach team members in Agile frameworksFacilitate internal communication and effective collaborationBe the point of contact for external communications
