Data Analyst - English - Valencia or Leeuwarden

As a Data Analyst your main responsibility is to identify and resolve datarelated problems guarantee data precision and support datadriven decisionmaking within the company. You will spearhead initiatives to leverage data for enhanced decisionmaking and ongoing advancement throughout the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be setting up and maintaining data systems as well as conducting indepth analysis to identify insights patterns and trends for datadriven decisions; actively monitor and assess the accuracy and completeness of data sources
• Implement and maintain data analysis processes including developing dashboards and reports for effective data visualization
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis; address and resolve datarelated issues and inconsistencies
• Set up and optimize data tracking tools implementing quality assurance measures to ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability
• Continuously assess and improve data systems for scalability efficiency and effectiveness; assist departments in making informed datadriven decisions by providing insights and recommendations
• Align data initiatives with strategic organizational goals; collaborate with various teams or stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant experience in data analysis and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools and transforming complex data into understandable insights
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager Google Analytics 4 eventbased tracking (e.g. Mix panel) and Metabase combined with expertise in data warehousing and data modelling
• Proficiency with addressing datarelated issues and enhance decisionmaking through data
• Strong analytically and being able to solve problems Analytical thinker with a strong problemsolving skills
• Handson mentality and fostering a collaborative growth mindset
