In pursuit of fostering its presence in Portugal Raizers seeks a dedicated financial analyst locally positioned to drive its mission forward. Reporting directly to the Investment Managers this role entails:

• Comprehensive analysis of property investment opportunities encompassing various facets such as development transactions flipping operations and asset portage.
• Orchestrate the management of deal flow and cultivate relationships with operators seeking financing from contract inception to fundraising initiation.
• Preparation of requisite legal and commercial documentation presentation of investment dossiers monitoring of shareholdings and active participation in investment committees.

The ideal candidate possesses prior experience (23 years) as an analyst or real estate expert preferably within a valuation firm bank or property development setting. Proficiency in the real estate sector coupled with robust legal acumen forms the foundation for success in this role. Key attributes sought include meticulousness autonomy organizational prowess and a proactive mindset. Proficiency in Portuguese and English/French is imperative with proficiency in an additional language considered advantageous.
