Lead Appian Developer

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Appian Developer to join our growing team!

As a Lead Appian Developer you will play a critical role in designing developing and implementing complex business solutions using the Appian lowcode platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Appian developers in designing developing testing and deploying enterprisegrade applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into robust and scalable Appian solutions.
• Design and develop complex business rules workflows and user interfaces using Appian capabilities.
• Integrate Appian with external systems and APIs to achieve seamless data flow and functionality.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews unit testing and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee application deployments and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Stay uptodate on the latest Appian features best practices and industry trends.
• Document technical specifications and solutions for future reference.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and training within the team.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on lowcode platforms.
• Proven experience with the Appian platform (Appian Designer Integration Administration).
• Expertise in designing and developing complex business workflows and process automation solutions.
• Experience with integrating Appian with external systems and APIs (RESTful APIs databases etc.).
• Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) principles.
• Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
