Job Title: MEP Procurement Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the companys objectives
- Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing
- Negotiate prices delivery terms payment terms and other contract terms with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and optimal value for the company
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure the reliable supply of materials and services
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as needed to address issues such as late deliveries or quality problems
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget
- Release Purchase Orders to various suppliers following the project requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the procurement process is integrated with other business function s
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
