Key Responsibilities:

• Provide roundtheclock medical coverage and oversee patient care
• Conduct regular patient assessments and medical examinations
• Administer medications and treatment plans as directed
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions
• Collaborate with consultants medical staff and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and referrals
• Supervise junior medical staff and provide mentorship
• Stay updated with medical advancements and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical school
• Valid medical license and registration
• Minimum 12 years of clinical experience
• Sound knowledge of medical principles and practices
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in highpressure environments
• Commitment to patientcentered care and safety
• Willingness to participate in continuous professional development
