Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support in developing a robust onboarding process: Partner the wider HR team and in consultation with business leaders to develop an immersive new hire onboarding process that ensures new hires are able to assimilate into GE’s culture and processes over the course of their first 90 days.
- Drive systems and tools: Partner the wider HR team and subject matter experts (SME) to understand and evaluate gaps in systems and tools knowledge. Build process knowledge through observations and understudying HR Partners, in developing systems and tools instructional/training manuals for new hires.
- Participate in problem solving: Support problem solving through collaborative cross functional effort in root cause analysis, data collection and implementation of sustainable corrective actions.
