As a Franchise Sales Closing Manager you will play a pivotal role in finalizing franchise agreements and ensuring successful transitions for new franchisees. You will be responsible for managing the final stages of the sales process negotiating terms and facilitating the completion of franchise agreements. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by effectively closing franchise sales while maintaining positive relationships with prospective franchisees.
Responsibilities:
- Closing Franchise Sales: Lead the final stages of the sales process including negotiation of terms pricing and contract agreements to secure franchise sales.
- Contract Management: Review and analyze franchise agreements to ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and financial objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees addressing inquiries concerns and objections throughout the sales process.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for closing franchise sales identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance sales performance.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Transition Support: Facilitate the smooth transition of new franchisees into the system coordinating with various departments to provide training support and resources as needed.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities for expansion and optimize sales efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain metrics to track sales performance analyze results and identify areas for improvement.
