Expressive Arts Therapist

Clinical Duties:Provide expert Expressive Arts Therapy, including planning, designing, and facilitating rehabilitation programs.Conduct age-appropriate Arts Therapy group interventions aimed at building positive coping skills and providing emotional support.Deliver individual, group, couple, and family Arts Therapy sessions.Manage a diverse caseload of patients with complex needs in both residential and ambulatory care settings, utilizing evidence-based person-centered principles.Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care delivery.Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for procurement.Educational Duties:Lead and participate in Expressive Arts Therapy in-service development.Contribute to service improvement initiatives within the organization.Assist in teaching Expressive Arts Therapy to multidisciplinary team members, clinical and non-clinical staff, and others to enhance patients recovery.Job Requirements: Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:Bachelor s degree in human science.Master s degree or equivalent in Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Drama Therapy, or Expressive Arts Therapy.Certification/Licensure: Valid primary license from the country of origin as a registered professional member with a recognized Art Therapy Association (e.g., IEATA, AATA, ECArTE, CATA/ACAT, BADTH).Eligibility for licensure from the Licensing Authority in the State of Qatar.Minimum of 2 years of full-time Art Therapy practice in clinical, social, educational, or rehabilitation settings
