David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO business which is looking to recruit German speaking Team Leader to join their team in Hungary.
Position: Customer Support Trainer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and drive teams to ensure all Key Result Areas (KRAs) are achieved
- Collaborate with peers supervisors and the Quality team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Motivate develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment
- Monitor transactions and provide qualitative and constructive feedback to team members
- Drive process performance to achieve and exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) deliverables
- Create a conducive and stimulating environment for teams to accomplish their goals
- Manage expectations of team members and proactively sense their needs
- Develop team members by creating learning opportunities
- Attend client concalls and calibration sessions
- Brief team members on process updates and organizational level updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience with at least 1 year in leading customer support teams
- Prior experience in eCommerce preferred
- Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English
- College or vocational school graduates or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in an international process
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills
- Flexibility to work on a 18*7 schedule.
