Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

• Manage entity cash flow and company credit cards with finesse.
• Oversee bank accounts and transactions including payroll.
• Monitor accounts identify outstanding receivables and take action.
• Handle journal entries using local accounting software.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and manage imported stock data.

Logistics:

• Finalize stock lists and monitor order and delivery statuses.
• Manage import/export documents and ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare transaction statements for prepayment ensuring timely deliveries.

HR:

• Manage our talented team from recruitment to health examinations.
• Maintain our salary ledger and ensure smooth employee scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance logistics HR or related field
• Proven experience in finance logistics and/or HR roles
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Prior experience in the marine industry is a plus
