Commercial Operation Support

Main Responsibilities:

This position will start with a 1year fixed term contract.

You will be overall responsible for daytoday operations of vehicle distribution and managing local inventory. Role includes the following areas.

• Monitor vessel schedule and report status
• Document handling for vessel arrival & tax related
• Request inland transportation and communicate with service providers accordingly
• Vehicle registration operation (Internal / retail)
• Perform additional operations related to Ecommerce flow
• Vehicle handover process support and communication with space operator
• Commission payment operation (Customs agency / PDI agency / Subsidy agency)

Required Experience/Qualifications:

We seek a highly competent team player with solid experience from the sales planning and vehicle distribution field and with an excellent understanding of end to end supply chain. You can handle multiple tasks maintain focus and adapt easily to changing business needs.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
• Knowledge of logistics trading and accounting is preferred
• Minimum 12 years experience in the automotive field or related is preferred
• Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal relations as well as effective communication negotiation and problem solving skills
• Written and verbal English skills are preferred
