JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer to develop and execute exploratory tests as well as automated tests in order to ensure product quality.
QA Engineer responsibilities include estimating planning and coordinating testing activities. You will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified documented tracked and resolved in our defect tracking system.

Responsibilities:

• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed comprehensive and wellstructured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate prioritize plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Design develop maintain and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
• Identify record document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing integration crossbrowser compatibility or any kind of testing whichever is applicable when bugs are resolved.
• Follow up issues that are critical to the project and suggest improvements or ways to help the project team resolve issues quickly.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Suggest or implement improvements that can help current testing or process flow.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent course
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the same field of which minimum of 34 years are on Automation Testing
• Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process
• With Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Can handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Can Handle and Mentor Junior team members
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Azure Dev Ops or Jira
• Intermediate to advance knowledge of Selenium web driver and Java programing language
• Intermediate or advance knowledge of using Excel or google sheet
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus!
