Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction crew members to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, and safety records.
• Implement and enforce site safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

What you will bring to the role

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management, demonstrating successful project management from initiation to completion.
• Previous involvement in projects within the Education, Community, Civic, or Health sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
