Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
- Develop, improve and execute key programs to drive sales productivity and revenue growth in the EMEA consulting business.
- Monitor and assess the progress and success of each program that has been launched and provide data to show business impact of each program initiative
- Use analytics to identify best practices and define KPIs to track the impact of initiatives.
- Support EMEA wide communications through townhalls and kickoffs
- Manage operational cadence for EMEA Consulting business, including monthly operating reviews by region and industry/sector and quarterly operating reviews with Consulting
