This is a remote position. Work for a prestigious airline brand onvarious work streams Assistance topassengers with pre & post flight departure travel-relatedqueries in customer relations department in German &English languages Work on airlinereservations systems & handle voice calls in English& German may include some writtencorrespondence. Fully paid productand systems training provided. Daily interactions with international passengers withqueries and compliments Required tomeet specific key performance indicators and meet expected clientservice levels. Demanding andtime-sensitive call center environment Requirements Native level fluency in the Germanlanguage: Verbal & Written skillsessential (Advanced level may be considered) Located in South Africa Permanent residence permit/ South African y Excellent Computer literacy& technical skills Nocriminal record. Flexibility towork shifts Previous customerservice experience preferred Benefits 1.Remuneration: R200 000 CTCper annum 2.Full-time, Permanent contract:40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts perday 3.Operational hours:24/7; 365 days perweek - Rotational shifts Mondays Sundays include & public holidays as operationallyrequired. Working hours may be subject tochange depending on clientrequirements. - Specific operatinghours may apply depending on the account allocated TBD in theinterview stage (however flexibility iskey)4.Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid).5.Probation period: 4months 6.Health insurance benefit (Paid for by the Company)7.Work from home may beconsidered: - Fibre internetconnection or fixed stable ADSL line required t be fixed lineinternet.
