Role Purpose:
An exciting role has been created for a Partnership Operations Manager to join our growing Operations team ensuring a successful execution of the of all the Partnerships operational requirements.
Through our partnership profile and exciting growing mainline the demand for Castore is seeing us partner with some of the most highprofile partners globally. As the Partnership Operations Manager you will play an integral role in helping to drive operational excellence across our partnership network.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daytoday Partnership operational requirements;
- Manage support and develop a team of partnership operation operatives within agreed KPIs;
- Share short medium and long term forecasts inline with business budgets and DCcapacities;
- Work cross functionally with the wider business in delivering a best in class service;
- Understanding the needs of the individual partners prioritising accordingly;
- Monitor and manage the orderbook in line with launch dates identifying areas of risk;
- Working closely with the DC operations teams on partner compliance and OTIF;
- Working with the Account managers manage the partner booking in process;
- Managing returns with the 3PL;
- Constantly driving for improvements and efficiencies through the team.
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
- Over 3 years of experience of working in a similar role;
- Experience in developing a team and implementing processes in an fast growth businsess;
- Experience of account management;
- Over 2 years management experience;
- Ability to work crossfunctionally liaising with peer groups across the business to drive efficiencies and results;
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and able to be adaptive to changes;
- Comfortable in a fastpaced and everchanging business environment;
- Excellent planning and organisation skills;
- Flexible approach and willingness to further learn & adapt in a fast pace growing business;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft suite) Excel Word Outlook.
