So far weve helped Swedes Finns Norwegians and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher. New markets new tools new products and new ways of improving peoples financial lives. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently searching for an Operations Agent Student Worker to our German teamfor all our three tracks: Care Success and Risk.

What you will be doing

Being an Operations Student Worker at Anyfin consists of three major areas:

• Analysing and evaluating more complicated customer applications to deliver suitable offers.
• Handling inbound communication with customers via email phone chat and social media.
• Handling outbound communication to increase our customer base.

In addition we offer three different development tracks in the Operations team. These are: Risk Care and Success.We are truly passionate about being on the customers side and creating an outstanding customer experience. As a part of our tightly knit team you will impact the customer and the success of the company on a daily basis.

Who you are

• You haveexcellent communication skills in German and English
• You are keen to learn and willing to take initiative
• You are selfmotivated fearless and have a great desire to contribute to the team and spread a positive atmosphere around you
• You are willing to work between 1520 hours/week (with start as soon as possible)
