Project Engineering Manager

My client a leader in the industry is seeking a strategic senior level Project Engineering Manager to lead a team and to drive projects for new and existing customers.

What you will need to successful:

• Project management experience overseeing work for customers.
• Understanding and knowledge of KPIs and performance at the facility
• Problem solver who can recognize issues and resolve by creating solutions to improve processes.
• Mentor supervisor engineers while creating a positive culture of solution driven team.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop metrics for the organization and engineering group.
• Strong technical background in engineering and analytical skills needed to meet goals.

What you must have:

• Bachelors degree in engineering (EE ME Industrial etc.)
• A minimum of 10 years experience in Engineering
• Strong communicator including presentation skills along with project management or problemsolving skills.
• Lean 5S Six Sigma expert needed.
• Experience with AutoCAD SolidWorks or other design software.

Location: South Bend IN area

Salary: $120140k commensurate based on experience. Excellent benefits and bonus potential.
