• Design develop and maintain backend and frontend components using Python React JS MongoDB and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services that integrate seamlessly with other components and external systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues troubleshoot and debug production incidents in a timely manner.
• Build scalable highperformance backend systems capable of handling large volumes of data and traffic.
• Optimize existing systems for improved efficiency performance and reliability.
• Implement best practices for code quality maintainability and scalability.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends tools and technologies.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers to foster their professional growth.

• Strong experience in backend web and frontend development.
• Experience in developing scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of databases data modeling and data management.
• Strong expertise in Python React JS or similar skills with an indepth understanding of their ecosystems and best practices.
• Experience designing and developing scalable hightraffic backend systems.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) and serverless computing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI/CD).
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
