About the Role

A leading developer in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Officer (Real Estate) to join their growing team. In this role you will play a vital role in identifying and securing new real estate development opportunities nationwide. You will leverage your market knowledge analytical skills and strong negotiation abilities to build partnerships and drive project growth.

Responsibilities

• Project Origination and Evaluation:
  

  • Lead the preparation and liaison efforts for proposals related to new real estate projects across the Philippines.
    
  • Conduct thorough market research feasibility studies and land acquisition analysis to identify promising investment opportunities.
    
  • Prepare market studies and financial projections to support proposals and decisionmaking.
    

• Partnership Development:
  

  • Report to the Business Development Manager and collaborate with them to identify and pursue strategic joint ventures for mixeduse developments and land acquisitions.
    
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including landowners investors and government agencies.
    
  • Negotiate and finalize project terms and agreements for joint ventures.
    

• Project Management Collaboration:
  

  • Work effectively with internal teams across various departments such as legal finance construction and project management to ensure smooth project development.
    

• Technology and Tools:
  

  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software SAP and Anaplan to manage project data track proposals and generate reports.
    

• Project Focus:
  

  • Focus on securing opportunities for residential projects both horizontal (lowrise) and vertical (highrise) developments.
    

• Travel:
  

  • Be prepared to undertake regular business trips to Luzonbased projects with a maximum of 3 days per trip and up to 23 trips per month.
    

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a related field
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate development or a relevant field
  
• Proven track record of identifying evaluating and securing new real estate projects
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on feasibility studies and financial modeling
  
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  
• Proficiency in CRM software SAP and Anaplan
  
• Indepth understanding of real estate market trends joint ventures and project development processes
  
• Knowledge of residential project development including horizontal and vertical projects
