RESPONSIBILITIES We are excited to announce our search for a fulltime onsite Full Desk Recruiter for our office in Tampa Florida! In this role you will have the opportunity to impact the business everyday by identifying and developing new business through the full desk sales and recruiting services in an assigned territory.
Crafts compelling job descriptions and advertise job openings on appropriate platforms.
Utilizes marketing and branding strategies to attract top talent.
Conducts proactive talent searches through various channels including job boards social media and networking.
Screens and interviews potential candidates to assess their qualifications skills and cultural fit with clients.
Presents qualified candidates to clients emphasizing their suitability for the roles.
Coordinates and facilitates interviews client feedback and offers.
Manages salary negotiations and facilitate the offer process.
Prospects for new job orders through outside sales cold calling networking marketing presentations and followup communications.
Screens prospects to identify qualified leads for new business development.
Learns clients businesses to determine needs wants and budget to effectively apply knowledge of clients Staffing services and find innovative solutions.
Negotiates and closes orders.
Manages accounts by building and maintaining client relationships to achieve workrelated goals.
Maintains written documentation of sales and reports activity.
Focuses on results and selfevaluates performance to improve sales results.
Travels to office and worksite locations of potential and current clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of businesstobusiness staffing sales.
Bachelors degree in human resources or business preferred high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Two (2) years direct business to business sales.
One (1) year of recruiting and/or staffing industry experience is required.
Active Florida driver license is required.
