Lean Shop Repair Leader Do you enjoy being part of a successful team? Partner with the best As a Shop Lean Repair Leader you will be accountable to drive the Local Service Shop organization, both on Lean as well as Digital transformation. You will be the unique go-to person for Global Operations, Rewiring, Global Supply Chain and, on a Project base, for what concerns the Shop Brilliant Strategy As a Shop Lean Repair Leader, you will be responsible for: .
Leading and defining Brilliant Programs for the Shop accordingly to Network overall framework and strategy. .
Leveraging on Lean Tools/Methodology to redesign critical processes, screening needs with stakeholders, assess business benefits, develop and rollout final products. .
Coaching & training local teams in the use of Lean tools and the simplification methodology to drive significant business impact. .
Ensuring consistent application of Lean tools and principles to drive continuous improvements across the organization. .
Training and supporting operations to 6S implementation and adoption. .
Using VSM (Value Stream Map) & 3P (Production Preparation Process) to focus and drive improvement as per shop strategy deployment. .
Setting up and organizing Lean/Kaizen Action Workout: preparation, execution and follow up, applying Lean methodology and tools. .
Defining a consolidated action plan to implement new designs and solutions agreed during Lean Events. .
Building and maintaining a detailed program plan, monitoring execution with adequate project KPIs, and report to upper management on execution status. .
Leading the Digital Transformation connected to Network overall work streams, maintaining focus on standardization and leveraging contemporary IT capabilities. .
Acting as a Culture Change Agent. Support operations in operationalizing Brilliant transformation, including change management & adoption support and monitoring. .
Capturing lessons learned as well as new improvements ideas to fine tune identified solutions and Preparing business cases for proposed programs supporting strategic prioritization (Shop vs. Network). Fuel your passion
