Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law/Civil Litigation Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both family law and civil litigation with the ability to handle a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce child custody spousal support and domestic violence cases.
  
• Handle civil litigation matters such as contract disputes landlordtenant disputes and personal injury cases.
  
• Conduct legal research draft legal documents and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  
• Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings including hearings trials and mediations.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel and other parties involved in legal matters.
  
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
  

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  
• Admission to the California State Bar and good standing.
  
• Minimum of X years of experience practicing family law and civil litigation.
  
• Strong litigation skills with experience handling cases from inception to resolution.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Demonstrated commitment to providing highquality legal representation and client service.
