In 2016 our founders wanted to feed their dogs named Edgard and Cooper pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldnt find this they decided to make their own. Now 6 years later our pack has 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for
Were on the hunt for a Junior Field Marketeer to take the lead on all things experiential in Belgium.
What will be in your bowl
As Jr Field Marketeer you will be fully responsible for managing the brand activator squad and owning our instore demo program. Youll have autonomy working in close partnership with Sales & Shopper Marketing to convert new customers. Every day will be different and packed with challenges!
INSTORE EXPERIENTIAL
- Own and implement the instore demo plan to recruit as many as new customers possible through this crucial tactic.
- Be responsible for meticulously planning instore demos maintaining regular contact with stores and briefing the team accordingly.
- Manage the budget to make sure that our demos are working effectively to drive shopper conversion instore.
- Sniff out the way ahead. Youll be able to identify which areas of the country and which stores could benefit from a demo blast or instore activity to drive our sales. Make your strategic brains work!
- Establish experiments to facilitate continuous improvement embodying the mentality of analyzing ideating and prioritizing within the testcycle framework.
- Be responsible for owning all our demo material and making sure we shine instore!
PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE
- Recruit manage and coach the internal Edgard & Cooper Brand Activator squad. Build a strong relationship and a fluent way of working with the team. Organize engaging teambuilding to keep the team motivated.
- Manage the relationship with our leading external brand activation agency.
- Maintain a strong training and education plans for the team.
- Build collaborative ways of working with the wider marketing team in Belgium especially with the Trade & Shopper team and (Field) Sales team.
- Be in direct contact with Global Field Marketing Strategist to share results best practices and optimize efficiency of all instore experiences.
B2B EVENTS
- Youll have responsibility for owning our B2B events (13 events/year).
- Create and build an outstanding stand that serves for the right purposes and highlights the agreed on focusses.
- Youll work in close collaboration with the Sales team to ensure that our Trade shows reach as many new prospects as possible.
- Manage budgets within events but also on a more global level with your manager.
What skills & tricks should you bring
- People & management skills you feel comfortable managing and coaching a team of 50 students.
- Hands on & proactive attitude. Youre a natural problem solver with a positive mindset.
- Resultsdriven and comfortable with data and analysis to measure the impact and ROI of our Field activities. Youre always on the look to increase conversion rates and sales. Implement strategies for data capturing and consumer feedback.
- 12 years of experience in project management or working with external agencies and suppliers is required.
- Negotiation know how youre always looking for the best deal and can effectively influence to get it.
- Time management skills youre comfortable managing schedules and budgets.
- Creative eye youre always looking and thinking for new ways on how we can interact and engage with pet parents & their fourlegged friends. Come up with unseen experiments in the pet industry. Think big!
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel PowerPoint)
- Relevant language knowledge (NL/FR/ENG)
- An ethical approach in all you do you align with our values. Oh and you love pets of course!
This is a full time role with flexibility required for occasional weekend work.
