Contract ServiceNow Business Analyst - Implementation

This is a remote position.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to identify and analyze business needs and challenges that can be addressed with ServiceNow.
  
• Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions document specifications and translate business needs into technical requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Work closely with ServiceNow Developers and Administrators to ensure that system configurations and customizations meet the business requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of workflows processes and user guides for ServiceNow applications and features.
  
• Facilitate change management processes by conducting user training sessions creating training materials and providing ongoing support to endusers.
  
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of ServiceNow implementations identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  
• Manage project timelines deliverables and stakeholder communication to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Business Administration Healthcare Management or related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 1 year focused on ServiceNow implementations.
  
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and how they apply within a healthcare environment.
  
• Experience in requirement gathering process analysis and project management.
  
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA) is highly desirable.
  
• ServiceNow System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
  

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  
• Proficiency in documenting processes and creating userfriendly training materials.
  
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.
