The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team through datadriven insights and analytical expertise. Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that will inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Google Analytics.
- Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to nontechnical team members and stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design A/B tests and assess performance metrics.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (B.A. or B.Tech.)
- 28 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst in a digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools particularly Tableau.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and R.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to approach problemsolving creatively.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
