1. Awareness of Indian Factory Act and associated clauses
2. All relevant forms
3. Deal with Factory inspection
4. Statutory and regulatory acts and law
5. Performance appraisal procedures
6. Attendance and Salary
7. EPF ESI etc
8. Grievance Handling
9. Conversant with MS office both Hindi and English
10. Recruitment procedure and contact of manpower consultant
11. Working experience in all the above requirement for a minimum period of 4 Years and with a pleasing personality
