The role:
We are seeking a highly motivated dynamic individual to join our global team. As a Marketing Manager you will play a critical role in driving our companys growth and expanding our reach globally. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our proven strategies to drive new business globally.
Responsibilities On the job:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and expansion of our personal and leadership development programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and initiatives that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Engage and conduct zoom interviews and team leadership meetings to ensure targets and enhance personal development goals
Research and identify new market opportunities niches and potential target audiences.
Participate and benefit in career development and training executed by the team.
Actively participate in weekly team meetings via zoom.
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience working in a professional capacity.
An interest in personal development principles and a passion for helping individuals achieve personal and professional growth.
Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders and team members.
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and remotely while also collaborating effectively with a team.
